Accompanying people on adventures, following team processes, designing and creating nature experiences, that is his mission. Oliver Parker has successfully completed the following trainings since 2001:

- Canyoning Guide Upper Level (VDOS)
- Mountainbike Guide
- Kayak trainer (DWS)
- High ropes course and via ferrata guide (IAPA, ERCA)
He is also an external trainer for Commax and Timmermann & Partner and was a companion and trainer for the Dutch army for many years.
He is a great visionary of his companies Parker Outdoor and the Chiemsee Institute.
Deniz Drewes
Managing Director of the Chiemseeinstituts
Deniz Drewes graduated from the Academy for Art and Sustainable Culture – Bopp Art with a degree in Far Eastern Movement Arts according to the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang.
From 2005 to 2014, she worked as an art therapist at the Lahnhöhe Clinic – Supraregional Centre for Psychosomatic Medicine and Holistic Healing and brings with her numerous additional mindfulness-based qualifications.

Maximilian Drewes
Specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy
Born in Chiemgau, his medical career – due to the two specialities of medicine and psychotherapy – led him back home via many stations in various clinics in Germany and Switzerland.
He pioneered deep coaching by building bridges between depth psychology, integral psychology and the corporate world. For him, deep coaching is an integral approach to empowering people and leaders to create transformational relationships.

Silke Parker
Managing Director of the Parker Outdoor GmbH
After completing her training as an office administrator at Schön Kliniken in Prien, Silke Parker joined Parker Outdoor as Managing Director in 2008 and was already instrumental in building up the company during her training.
She led the implementation of other projects such as the Flying Fox in the Munich Olympic Stadium and the climbing forest in Reit im Winkl.
At Parker Outdoor, she is responsible for the entire marketing area, personnel planning, staff management and the development of the catering facilities.
At the Chiemsee Institute, she is heavily involved in the management of deep coaching and the development of the Seeladen.
